Dr.-Ing. Eko Adhi Setiawan, IPU., APEC Eng

Founder of Gradienta, Dr. Eko is an accomplished expert in renewable energy, smart grids, and AI for energy systems, with over 20 years of experience in applied research and technological innovation.

He earned his Ph.D. in Germany in 2007 as a recipient of the prestigious DAAD scholarship and served as the Research Director of TREC-UI for eight years. His work has made significant national and international impact, including contributions to the DC Microgrid Project in Hawaii, the development of Indonesia’s first bifacial solar power plant, and advancements in power converter technology and Dual Power (hybrid AC-DC) architecture.
Dr. Eko has also contributed to the formulation of SNI 9233:2024 and represented the University of Indonesia in presenting academic perspectives on the Renewable Energy Bill (RUU EBT) before the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI).

Samsul Ma’arif., ST.,MT

An expert in mechanical design and electrical installation, with specialized expertise in the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of Solar PV systems.

His experience spans a range of strategic projects, including the development of DC Power Converter (DCON) technology within DC Microgrid systems in Hawaii, USA, as well as Solar PV installations for mosques and Islamic boarding schools across Indonesia, from Aceh to Seram Island, as part of a Bank Indonesia program.
He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree (Ph.D.) at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, University of Indonesia, focusing his research on renewable energy and smart electrical systems.

Subhan Petrana.,ST.,MT

Committed to advancing sustainable electrification solutions for Indonesia’s small islands, Subhan focuses his expertise on the design of isolated power systems based on solar energy and battery storage.

For him, electrification is more than just providing light. It serves as the foundation for the growth of other sectors such as local tourism, village cooperatives, and community-based economies (sector coupling).
He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree (Ph.D.) at the University of Indonesia, specializing in the integration of renewable energy technologies to support resilient, self-sufficient, and equitable power systems.

Jaha Nababan

A business consultant specializing in organizational transformation through strategic talent development and learning. He helps companies evolve into adaptive learning organizations capable of navigating the complexities of the BANI era by integrating neuroscience, coaching, and curriculum design aligned with business objectives.

With more than two decades of experience across multiple industries, Jaha designs solutions that strengthen an organization’s ability to think faster, adapt, and innovate. His approach emphasizes developing human capability as a core business asset and applying effective learning technologies to drive sustainable business growth.

M Daffa Aryasetya

Specializing in power electronics, Daffa focuses on enhancing the efficiency and performance of power converters, a crucial foundation for the transition toward smarter and more sustainable electrical systems.

Through research collaboration with Gradienta, he has been involved in the development of a Smart Drone designed for failure detection in medium-scale Solar PV systems.
His work bridges technical reliability and innovation in intelligent monitoring systems.

Rhaditia Kurnia Asyuri., S Si., MT

Rhadit meneliti penerapan Artificial Intelligence (AI) untuk mendeteksi kegagalan pada sistem Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya, dengan tujuan meningkatkan keandalan dan keberlanjutan sistem energi tersebut.

Ia memiliki visi untuk mengintegrasikan AI dan energi terbarukan secara lebih erat di masa depan. Saat ini, Rhadit tengah menempuh studi doktoral di Program Studi Artificial Intelligence, National Yunlin University, Taiwan

Mohammad Sulthonul Aulia

An Electrical Engineer specializing in Control Engineering, with over three years of experience as a Deputy Commissioning Manager in international data center projects, focusing on electrical testing and system integration.

Actively engaged in renewable energy research, including the development of smart off-grid PV systems and DC-DC converter technologies.
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Energy Systems Engineering at the University of Indonesia, focusing on the digitalization of renewable energy systems.

Dr.-Ing. Alfian Ferdiansyah Madsuha, S.T., M.T.

A lecturer and researcher at the Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, University of Indonesia (UI).

He earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from UI, and obtained his Doctorate (Dr.-Ing.) from the University of Freiburg, Germany.
Dr. Alfian specializes in materials for solar cells, renewable energy, nanomaterials, and graphene.
